Wiimote damage Nintendo’s fault? - Absolutely not!
Just as if a baseball manufacturer would not be liable if you threw a baseball at your TV, Nintendo holds no accountability for the damage people do with the Wiimote. And many of the pictures I’ve seen are quite suspect and are probably fabricated by scam artists looking for a quick buck.
