This is the 2 controllers / Super Mario World Bundle. Everything is in the box as originally bought back in the 90’s. Adjusted for inflation this originally $199 console would cost $280 today - that’s effectively 0 depreciation over 15 years and also means that relatively speaking the SNES was more expensive in 1991 than the Wii is today.
