Metallica Sues Red Octane and Harmonix for Copyright Violation

Attorneys for the rock band Metallica filed a lawsuit yesterday against Harmonix and Red Octane claiming their upcoming Guitar Hero III and Rock Band games violated copyright. The band is fearful that album sales will be affected if fans can walk into any gaming store and buy an $80 video game that uses one of their songs.
