UniquePhones indefinitely delays release of iPhone SIM unlock software
The interesting (and possibly telling) bit comes up at the end of their release, where apparently UniquePhones is “evaluating what to eventually do with the software should they be legally denied the right to sell it.”

If you had 50 posts on the forums and sent in a email before the 2nd of August, you could’ve gotten MySQL for free. Otherwise, you have to pay.
