Surge protector does not void warranty: Sony
In response to a previous story on a messageboard about surge protectors voiding PS3’s warranty, Sony has confirmed to the contray. Sony will be contacting the customer with the bricked PS3 to resolve the matter and sort out any misunderstandings. Now that’s good customer service
