The ESRB has absolved Rockstar of wrongdoing in the wake of the recent hacks involving the PSP version of Manhunt 2. ESRB President Patricia Vance gave the rating board’s answer: Rockstar did nothing wrong.
Hopefully this will help quell the digg flames that have been raging the past few days over this.

Manhunt 2 had to make some serious edits to receive its Mature rating, but Rockstar has demonstrated that it has a steep learning curve. In shades of the “Hot Coffee” scandal of 2005, it has been revealed that the original Adults Only content may have shipped with the PSP version of the game.

While the RIAA is swift to punish any person caught offering illegal downloads, they’re not very swift when a member company like EMI does it. Not only did King Crimson’s contract never allow digital distribution to begin with, but band member Robert Fripp claims EMI offered their music for sale even after their contract ended entirely.

It looks like the bottom has finally fallen out of Blockbuster. After numerous failed attempts at attracting new customers, the company has finally bit the bullet and is spiraling out of control. Sad as it is, the end is near for Blockbuster and all that pressure it has been placing on Netflix has been lifted.it has closed 526 stores
