Gizmodo confirms that the iPhone Firmware 1.1.3 is 100% real after talking gathering solid evidence. The update installs without any problem in iTunes, which requires Apple’s private encryption key to work. The previously published features are real as well. The update patches previous hacking methods, breaks unlock and third-party apps.

2007 is almost over so it’s time to make a list of the Top 10 BitTorrent sites getting the most traffic this year. Mininova is out in the lead followed by IsoHunt and The Pirate Bay. TorrentSpy, the most popular BitTorrent site last year, has dropped down to 6th place.

According to BBC, an average PS3 game costs nearly $15 million to make - and that’s before any marketing is done for the game. Not only is this bad news for gamers, as it almost ensures our store shelves will be stocked with sequel after buyer-recognizable sequel, but it’s also bad for developers, who could go belly up after one unsuccessful title.
