CAIR didn’t post four minutes on his on-air rant on its own web site for the purposes of rebuttal. They did it to get people to donate to CAIR. Instrumentally the excerpt does not reflect Savages’ viewpoints in their entirety. Four minutes exceeds the scope of fair copyright law and it is likely, in my opinion, they will lose. With the expanded RICO against CAIR, Savage may win and collect treble damages.
