Advocacy groups bash Comcast’s “technical-sounding nonsense”

Free Press and the EFF take aim at Comcast’s traffic management practices, calling them both opaque and nonsensical. But if upgrading the network is relatively cheap, why is Comcast going to the mat for the right to degrade traffic? One very important word: precedent.
