Future phone: NTT DoCoMo moves toward bio-sensing cell phone
Researchers in Japan have demonstrated one part of an molecular level system that might one day enable cell phones to keep watch on their owners’ health. The proposed phone will contain “DNA chips,” capable of analyzing molecules from the user’s body, to provide a warning about a possible virus, high-levels of stress, and other health factors.
