Xbox Live Bans A Guy For Using His Surname In Gamertag

Xbox LIVE has banned gamer Richard Gaywood for using the gamertag “RichardGaywood.” According to LIVE, “…the gamertag RichardGaywood is no longer allowed. Please change your gamertag before playing on Xbox LIVE.” Here’s the kicker: Richard Gaywood is apparently his legal name!
