Next Call of Duty Penciled In For 2009

You wouldn’t be surprised to learn that “an all-new Call of Duty” title will be released in 2009, would you? Good, because that’s exactly what’s going to happen, according to Activision Blizzard CEO Bobby Kotick, who talked up the next Call of Duty in a post earnings release con call.

iPhone’s AT&T exclusivity locked in until 2010

Apple is bound to its exclusivity deal with AT&T until at least 2010, sources have revealed. The US cell carrier agreed to the large-scale subsidies on the iPhone 3G’s pricing in exchange for a one-year extension on sole rights for the device line in the US past a 2009 expiry date. T-Mobile users will now have to wait at least two years.
